Black Lips, “Modern Art”
I like this because it’s a good song, but also because there was a year or two in college where my friends and I would get high and go to the Met. Clearly, the Black Lips appreciate stoned museum-going, too.
There should be a name for that stretch of N 6th between Wythe and Berry (home to The Cove and SEA). Jerseyburg? The Northside Shore? Hell?
